Biography 
Alessandro Cuozzo was born in Naples (Italy) in 1975. He graduated in piano in 1998 under the guidance of M° Ettore Ferrigno. In that period he attended some masterclasses of M° Sergio Fiorentino.
His career as a composer began in 2003, when the pianist Giuseppe Andaloro and the violinist Tatsuo Nishie have played the Sonata for violin (or flute) and piano at Sendai Youth Cultural Center. A disc of this work was recorded by Fontec in 2005.
Since then his works are performed in major venues and festival such as Sendai Classical Music Festival (Japan), Gasteig (Monaco, Germany), Walter Hall (Toronto, Canada), Fazioli Concert Hall (Sacile, Italy), Teatro delle Muse (Ancona, Italy), Ravello Festival(Italy).
In 2006, the Radio Bayerischen Rundfunks unveils the space within its schedule by sending the piano Sonata. Even Vatican Radio unveils the space within its schedule on the occasion of the concerts titled “Homage to Sergio Fiorentino” (Morcone 2008).
In 2007, the Camerata Sulmonese staging puts his reworking of Traviata by G. Verdi for solos, choir and twelve instrumentalists. Among musicians who play his works there are Gaetano Di Bacco, Sax Accademia Quartet, Sereno String Quartet and The Green Wood Harmony Choir.
